Bryan Breckenridge

Bryan is a seasoned leader with decades of expertise in go-to-market strategy and enablement, social impact integration, and shared value creation within leading technology companies, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Box, Zillow, and Snyk. As a partner and co-founder of VITAL, he specializes in embedding purpose into core business operating models through Impact Led Growth (ILG), enabling companies and investors to drive positive financial and societal returns.
Bryan’s career spans a unique blend of sales, social enterprise innovation, and ESG and sustainability strategy. He held a pivotal role at Salesforce soon after founding, where he launched global sales enablement and helped start and scale the Salesforce.org initiative that has empowered more than 50,000 nonprofits worldwide. At LinkedIn, he spearheaded the creation and growth of LinkedIn for Nonprofits which now serves hundreds of thousands of organizations.
At Box, Bryan integrated social impact deeply into the company’s DNA by founding Box.org, an embedded social enterprise. His tenure at Zillow saw the strategic embedding of social impact into company OKRs and impact programs aligned with all Zillow business units. Most recently, Bryan led the launch of Snyk Impact and developed their global impact and sustainability strategy.
Beyond corporate leadership, Bryan co-founded ImpactCloud, a coalition of more than 30 tech companies dedicated to scaling nonprofit and social impact technologies. He has advised and served on boards of purpose-driven corporate startups, and has served for over 17 years on nonprofit boards like GrowMyFuture and Bay Area Community Resources.
Bryan is a proud Kansas Jayhawk alum and lives in Marin County, just north of San Francisco.
